DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) 

Tailored Homes Northwest respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to our Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, we will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content.

Tailored Homes Northwest may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event we remove the allegedly infringing materials, we will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that we removed or disabled access to the materials. We may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. 

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service called Akismet. Akismet does not retain your data. It is only used to evaluate whether your comment is considered spam and flagged for automatic removal.

MEDIA 

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. 

ANALYTICS 

When you visit our website, your visit is recorded by Google Analytics service. Your IP address is made anonymous. We do not share our Analytics data with any additional third party. Analytics data created by your visit is automatically deleted after 26 months. 

HOW DO WE HANDLE SOCIAL LOGINS?

If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.  

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third party social media account details (like your Facebook or Google logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider.
